By accessing or using Redirecta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Redirecta is a web-based tool that uses AI-powered semantic analysis to match source URLs to destination URLs for website redirect mapping. The Service includes URL upload, automated matching, confidence scoring, result export, and related features.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Your Data
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of any data you upload (CSV files, URLs, metadata). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
- License: By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the matching service to you.
- Deletion: You can delete your data at any time through the dashboard (individual jobs) or by deleting your account (all data).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious files or content designed to exploit the system
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond its intended API
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.
7. Accuracy of Results
Redirecta's matching results are generated by AI algorithms and are provided as suggestions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any match. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all redirect mappings before implementation.
8. Free and Paid Tiers
The Service currently operates as a free tool. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or usage limits in the future. Existing free-tier users will be notified of any changes in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We are not liable for any loss of traffic, rankings, or revenue resulting from redirect implementations based on our matching results.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redirecta from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 30 days in advance.
